The AD (Autonomous Driving) Academy is MOIA’s central hub for learning, knowledge sharing, and competency development around autonomous driving operations. We design and deliver training programs to enable our customers and partners to run a world-class Autonomous Mobility service.

We believe in a blended learning approach, which combines digital and classroom learning supported by performance support materials that enable learning in the flow of work.

Our mission is to create world-class training that makes complex technical topics accessible, engaging, and actionable at the point of need. We are committed to enabling people to operate safely and confidently in an automated mobility environment.

What you will do

As an Intern the AD Academy, you will support the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training and enablement materials. You will contribute to building high-quality learning experiences that empower customers to excel in operating an Autonomous Mobility service.

  • Assist in structuring complex technical concepts into clear, accessible learning formats.
  • Support the creation of learning and training materials in a wide variety of formats (presentations, videos, documentation, concept drafts, micro-learning modules).
  • Help maintain our training content library and ensure materials stay up-to-date and consistent.
  • Implement changes received from subject-matter experts as part of regular reviews.
  • Support administrative tasks around training management by maintaining checklists, routine tasks related to the Learning Management System (LMS), and coordination tasks related to the delivery of training (classroom logistics, scheduling events, etc.).

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Strong interest in learning design, training, enablement, or content creation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex topics simple and engaging.
  • Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Notion, Confluence, Figma, or similar content-creation platforms.
  • Good, competent writing skills in English. German is a plus.
  • A structured working style with good attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, creativity, willingness to learn, and adaptation in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in instructional design, adult learning, media creation, or technical writing would be a plus.
  • Experience in writing (of any kind) would be highly desirable.
