Join us as a (Senior) Project Manager (all genders) in our Corporate Development team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!

The Corporate Development & Innovation department drives the strategic advancement of MOIA as a leading tech company in autonomous driving. As a central interface between corporate strategy, technological innovation, and business development, the team plays a key role in securing the company's long-term competitiveness. Our focus lies in company development, expanding existing business models, and unlocking scalable, data-driven models for driverless mobility and delivery applications. Core responsibilities include building strategic partnerships with technology and mobility companies, as well as ownership of funding activities and capital measures. Through our interdisciplinary and innovation-driven approach, we make a decisive contribution to MOIA's competitive strength and innovation capacity, actively shaping the future of autonomous mobility.

What you will do

  • Lead and execute strategic growth and M&A projects with high company-wide relevance.
  • Advance core corporate development initiatives with ownership of project-related business cases.
  • Evaluate companies, technologies, and competitors to identify concrete strategic investment opportunities.
  • Create management presentations and decision-making documents in close alignment with C-level leadership.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate external partners while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

What will help you to fulfill your role 

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Strategy (Consulting), Business, or Corporate Development.
  • Experience leading or independently managing strategic projects.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical mindset.
  • Solid knowledge of business model development, preferably in SaaS or platform business contexts.
  • Expertise in building and managing strategic partnerships, ideally in mobility, tech, or automotive environments.
  • Fluent in German and English (minimum B2/C1) in both written and spoken form in a business context.
  • High degree of ownership, stakeholder management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in agile working environments.
  • Experience with AI technologies and their potential applications in a business context.
