(Junior) Strategist (all genders) - Corporate Strategy

Join us as a (Junior) Strategist (all genders) in our Corporate Strategy team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!
The Corporate Strategy team defines the long-term direction of MOIA and ensures that strategic priorities are effectively implemented across the entire organization. We develop and sharpen the company strategy, derive functional strategies from it, and create the foundation for targeted execution through clear governance structures, KPIs, and regular performance management. We ensure that strategic goals are understood and embedded throughout the company, and we manage stakeholder relationships with the broader group and investors. With an analytical yet pragmatic approach, we support MOIA in consistently advancing its vision of an autonomous mobility solution.
What you will do
- Contribute to the development of strategic guardrails, priorities, and target visions.
- Conduct market, competitive, and technology analyses to derive strategic implications and identify new opportunities, risks, and areas for action.
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of governance structures, goal definitions, and KPI frameworks to measure strategic progress.
- Create strategy presentations and decision-making materials for senior management.
- Collaborate with various business functions to drive the execution of strategic projects.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, management, or a comparable field.
- A few years of relevant experience, ideally through internships in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate steering.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to structure complex topics clearly and communicate them in an accessible way.
- Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level), written and spoken.
- High level of initiative, willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.
Nice-to-have:
- An understanding of mobility, tech trends, or autonomous driving.
- Interest in or initial experience with AI technologies and their potential applications in a business context.
