Join us as a Working Student Product Process Management (m/f/d) in our Product team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!
We are looking for a motivated Working Student who is eager to support the development and improvement of end-to-end processes, contribute to process modeling and management system development, and collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence and transparency within the organization.

You will become a member of an interdisciplinary team within the Product Office where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and be an integral part of shaping the future of mobility.
What you will do
- Support the development and maintenance of an end-to-end view of organization-wide business processes and product-related processes.
- Assist in process discoveries, improvement initiatives, and workshops by preparing materials, documenting outcomes, and supporting requirement analyses.
- Help create, update, and maintain process models and high-level process overviews for internal and customer-facing use.
- Support the further development and continuous improvement of the process management system, especially its integration with other systems and interfaces.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business functions on cross-functional process development.
- Help with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks within the team.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field.
- To support your personal development and for you to take ownership of projects and processes, you should be enrolled for at least one year.
- Strong interest in process management, product development, operational excellence, and how products and organizations work end-to-end.
- Basic knowledge of process modeling (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and process architecture or a strong willingness to learn.
- A structured and analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a methodical and structured way with visual models and structured overviews (e.g. presentations or process diagrams).
- Ability to work reliably and independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- First experience with process management tools (e.g. SAP Signavio or similar) is beneficial but not required.
