(Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

Munich, Germany

Join us as a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) in our People & Relations team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!

You will join the Talent Acquisition team alongside Ben, Dennis, Jovana & Patty, located in Hamburg & Berlin, to deliver top-notch recruitment services, an outstanding candidate experience, and help build the teams that drive our mission forward. We are key sparring partners to our hiring teams, supporting the growth and stability of our teams. We're all about collaboration, mutual respect, and having fun together. If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and enjoy your work, the TA team at MOIA is the right place for you!

With around 18 professionals in People & Relations located in Berlin and Hamburg, we support the company through three different teams: Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering.

As our first (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager based in Munich, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help shape our presence in this new market. You’ll lead the way in understanding the local talent landscape, driving end-to-end hiring strategies, and truly owning the process from start to finish. Together with our supportive and growth-minded team, you’ll have the space to experiment, exchange ideas, and learn from one another while creating a safe, inclusive environment.

This is a role where you can make a real impact, not only on our hiring success but also on how we evolve as a team.

What you will do

  • Be a recruiting expert and sparring partner for our hiring managers and share best practices with them.
  • Own and run the full recruiting cycle for our tech & business vacancies from A to Z.
  • Tap the local hiring market but also find and attract talent on a global and international level.
  • Be an advocate for a great hiring experience with the candidate in mind and come up with ideas to further improve our processes.
  • Support onboarding locally in Munich and assist with employer branding, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to first day.
  • Act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, sharing best practices and guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Track and analyse recruiting metrics, using data to inform decisions and share insights with the team.
  • Promote diversity & inclusion, developing approaches to broaden our candidate pool and make hiring more equitable.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • You have solid experience in Talent Acquisition, especially in the German market, with a focus on Munich.
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with change and uncertainty, staying flexible, open-minded, and solution-focused as priorities shift in a fast-moving environment.
  • You are an expert in leading interviews and conducting candidate evaluations.
  • You have a strong ability to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • You have experience in employer branding, from shaping long-term talent market positioning to creating and executing engaging campaigns and initiatives.
  • You have hands-on expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Greenhouse) to manage pipelines and reporting, and are keen to explore and use the latest tools.
  • You are comfortable working with data and metrics, using insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • You have excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds — even if you don’t meet every requirement. If you’re excited about the role and MOIA’s mission, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Future Work model

Since we love to collaborate, it is clear to us that we don't want to become a fully remote company, but we also don't need to spend every day of the week in the office to do a great job.

Our current hybrid work approach focuses on adapting to different needs, including increased flexibility that works best for the teams and the individuals with as much self-determination as possible.
