Unser Accounting, Tax & Trade Compliance Team stellt die korrekte finanzielle Berichterstattung sicher, gestaltet steuerliche Strategien und gewährleistet die Einhaltung aller Handels- und Zollvorschriften. Wir arbeiten eng mit anderen Finance- und Business-Teams zusammen, treiben Prozessoptimierung voran und liefern praxisnahe Lösungen in einem sich stetig weiterentwickelnden Umfeld. Insbesondere die Kombination aus rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und der Entwicklung neuer Technologien zum autonomen Fahren bringt regelmäßig neue und spannende Herausforderungen mit sich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Beratung aller nationalen und internationalen Steuerangelegenheiten (Ertragssteuer, Umsatzsteuer, Lohnsteuer).
  • Operative Verarbeitung steuerrelevanter Sachverhalte
  • Verantwortung für das Tax Compliance Management System
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Steuerberatungen und Wirtschaftsprüfer.
  • Aufbau und Optimierung steuerlicher Prozesse, Controls und Reporting (Schnittstelle zu Accounting/Controlling).
  • Beratung der Geschäftsführung in steuerstrategischen Fragen und Sicherstellung steuerlicher Risiko- und Liquiditätsplanung.

Was dir hilft, deine Rolle zu erfüllen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie das Steuerberaterexamen oder einen Nachweis entsprechender Fachqualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerabteilung eines Unternehmens oder in einem Beratungsunternehmen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuerrecht sowie Erfahrung mit internationalen Steuerthemen (Verrechnungspreise, DBA, Quellensteuer).
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Tax Compliance Management Systemen und gängigen ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen (z. B. SAP, DATEV) sowie sicherer Umgang mit Excel.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit – sicher im Umgang im Stakeholder Management auf C-Level.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
