Werkstudent B2B Support (m/f/d)

Unser B2B Support-Team baut gerade den Kundenservice für die Lizenzproduktkunden von MOIA auf, die unsere AD- und Nicht-AD-Produkte nutzen möchten. Wir sind der Kanal für Kundenanfragen und sorgen dafür, dass die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden gehört und erfüllt werden.

Deine Rolle und dein Einfluss bei MOIA

  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu Fragen, Aufgaben und Produktanfragen in Zendesk
  • Erstellung interner Dokumentationen und Prozesse, damit alles reibungslos läuft
  • Shadowing der B2B Support-Kollegen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen Produktteams bei MOIA

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Du bist aktuell in einem Vollzeit-Bachelor- oder Masterprogramm eingeschrieben
  • Um das Beste aus deiner Erfahrung zu machen und Projekte zu leiten, solltest du mindestens ein Jahr verfügbar sein
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und English
  • Ein starkes Interesse an der Arbeit mit einem komplexen technischen Produkt
  • Du bist freundlich und aufgeschlossen
  • Du hilfst gerne weiter
  • Du hast den Wunsch, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu verstehen und dich in komplizierte Anfragen hineinzudenken
  • Ein solides Verständnis der Microsoft 365 Suite ist erforderlich

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

  • (Etwas) Erfahrung im Kundenservice
  • Kenntnisse in der E-Mobilität
  • Interesse an der Arbeit in einem Scale-Up-Umfeld
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem internationalen und vielfältigen Umfeld

We are a diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 25 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.
