As an Administrative Assistant I you will provide day-to-day administrative support under direct supervision.  The Administrative Assistant I position must have strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize and, project a professional image. The anticipated salary range is $22.00 - $27.50. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:

  • High school diploma or GED, 0 to 3 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications)
  • Communication skills, both oral and written: accurate, clear and concise
  • Notary Public licensure or the ability to be trained and licensed as a Notary Public
  • Ability to assist management with development and assembly of presentation materials.
  • Facilitate invoice billing: internal invoices and tracking/management of payment status
  • Track and record payroll records. Perform transactional data entry into systems with a high degree of accuracy. Scan, organize, and file payroll documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
