Under supervision, the Accounting Assistant performs a variety of accounting and administrative functions. Responsibilities include generating invoices and payment applications, monitoring and collecting outstanding receivables, administering the company credit card program, processing accounts payable transactions, and matching invoices to open purchase orders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the construction industry (preferred)
