The Regional Manager/HSE Manager provides personal leadership and sets an example of following all safe work practices and procedures. This position standardizes work process throughout region and coordinates team members to ensure all company and customer HSE requirements are being met. It is essential to be reliable, self-motivated, organized, and professional. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

What it takes?
• 5+ years of experience within safety role or industry
• Subject matter expert
• OSHA 500. CUSP, CHST and other safety certifications desired.
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team
• Ability to travel, with minimal lead time, in response to HSE needs.
This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Expected Salary Range
$132,000 - $182,000 USD
