The Drug and Alcohol Program Compliance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of the Drug and Alcohol Program ensuring overall Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance with federal regulations and Michels Drug & Alcohol Policy. This position will be responsible for identifying best practices while maintaining regulatory compliance. It is essential to possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Critical for success is a strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain organization, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What it takes:
- Associate degree, 5+ years related experience working with drug and alcohol compliance and/or DOT regulations
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel
- Prior supervisory experience
