The Contracts and Administration Manager is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and reporting on all projects. Must maintain confidentiality, have strong attention to detail, strong oral and written communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. This is a fast-paced environment; must have the ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines. Critical for success are the abilities to provide leadership, structure, enhance customer service, and drive change across the organization.

What it takes:
- Associate’s Degree and 5-7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- DocuSign experience preferred
Desired Qualifications:
- Heavy Civil Construction experience
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
