As a Procurement Specialist, you will provide essential administrative support to the Buyers within our Procurement team. In this role, you will assist with tracking inventory and orders for the Michels family of companies, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up to facilitate payment processing. Success in this position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. You will manage data across multiple systems with a high level of precision while delivering outstanding customer service. Maintaining confidentiality and projecting a professional image at all times are critical to this role.

What it takes:
- High School Diploma or GED, and 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with using eProcurement or eSourcing tools (desired)
- Relevant industry experience (desired)
