The Right of Way Agent role involves a combination of appraisal review, being able to read property descriptions, legal documentation, and negotiations. Employees will conduct fair market value appraisal reviews and prepare easement documents based on basic legal property descriptions, and act as a Public Notary in the State of Colorado. Responsibilities include facilitating negotiations to acquire easements within client guidelines and settling damages for affected properties. Additionally, the role requires conducting courthouse research to gather information on existing easements, deeds, and surveys.

What it takes
- 3-5 years of right-of-way experience, with field experience preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with negotiation, courthouse research and real estate principles.
- Ability to follow basic legal property and easement descriptions.
- The possession of or ability to obtain a public notary.
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record

Expected Salary Range
$32 - $37 USD
