The Administrative Assistant supports and manages the company’s Subcontractor Management program, ensuring that subcontractors meet required standards and qualifications. This role works closely with project management teams and business leaders while maintaining direct communication with subcontractors. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

What it takes:
- High school diploma or GED, 3 to 5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Secondary education degree (desired)
- Customer service experience (desired)
