Parts Coordinator
The Parts Coordinator requires detail oriented ability to receive, store and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products within the facility. |

Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. |

Read production schedule, customer order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. |
3. |
Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. Uses equipment and tools to do so. (i.e. forklift, etc.) |
4. |
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. |
5. |
Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to customer or packages and ships. |
6. |
Mark materials with identifying information. |
7. |
Open boxes, crates and records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. |
8. |
Weigh or count items for distribution within facility to ensure conformance to company standards. |
9. |
Maintain inventory records and performs inventory counts. |
10. |
Complete daily maintenance and cleaning of parts area. |
11. |
Other duties as assigned. |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: |

Basic computer proficiency |
· |
Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team |

Basic knowledge of automotive and/or equipment parts |

Customer service experience |

Forklift experience |
