The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling requests and coordinating the release, transfer, maintenance and return of 3rd party rental equipment. This position must possess a high degree of accuracy, urgency, critical thinking, problem solving, and flexibility. Critical for success are the abilities to maintain open communication with Michels personnel while delivering exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism. The salary range for this position is $25.00 - $33.50. This information reflects the expected base salary range for this position. Pay will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The full salary range for an experienced employee in this position is $25.00 - $35.00.

What it takes:
- High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Computer Proficiency (Excel)
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
