Databricks Partner Sales Manager

As the Partner Sales Manager for our Databricks partnership, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning joint revenue, strengthening our go-to-market alignment, and unlocking new growth opportunities through one of our most important partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, alliances, and go-to-market strategy. You will act as the primary Mesh-AI interface into Databricks -- cultivating strong field relationships, shaping co-selling motions, and driving pipeline growth in line with shared priorities.
You’ll help Mesh-AI bring Databricks’ world-class data and AI platform into transformative enterprise solutions, supporting customers on their journey to modern data architectures and AI-enabled decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Databricks partnership, responsible for stakeholder management serving as the primary point of contact for the Databricks field, partner, and leadership teams.
- Own the Databricks partnership pipeline, wins, and revenue target, taking accountability for converting opportunities into closed business while tracking performance against quarterly goals and proactively addressing gaps through targeted business development activities.
- Drive joint sales motions by identifying, shaping, and progressing co-sell opportunities with Databricks account teams.
- Build deep relationships across Databricks GTM teams (AEs, Partner Development Managers, SA community) to increase visibility of the partnership and deal collaboration.
- Enable Mesh-AI Sales and Delivery teams on Databricks capabilities, value propositions, and market positioning to strengthen solution alignment and win rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Solutions to execute campaigns, account strategies, and joint value propositions.
- Analyse performance data including sourced/influenced revenue, pipeline velocity, partner engagement, and program performance.
- Contribute to evolving partnership strategy, identifying new growth areas and co-sell plays aligned to Databricks' roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in partner sales, alliances management, or cloud/data platform GTM roles, ideally within a technology or consulting organisation.
- Demonstrated experience working with or selling alongside Databricks, cloud hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP) or major data/AI platforms.
- Strong sales acumen with experience driving co-sell motions and pipeline development within complex enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills -- especially with sales leaders and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret partner metrics, revenue performance, and pipeline data.
- Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools.
