Digitalization Officer

Purpose/ Mission

The Senior Officer Digitalization is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure and digital systems to ensure smooth business operations. This role will also support digital transformation initiatives, system improvements, and the implementation of technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, computers, servers, and software systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and support digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT systems are running smoothly and securely.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and data security policies.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal systems, platforms, and digital tools.
• Ensure data backup, system updates, and cybersecurity measures are properly implemented.
• Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies to support business operations.
• Provide training or guidance to employees on IT systems and digital platforms when required.
• Support the Senior Manager Digitalization in all relevant tasks where requested.

Requirements/ Skills/ Experience

• Experience in digital transformation or process automation projects.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, cloud platforms, or business digital solutions.
• Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or digital transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, cloud systems, and enterprise software is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
