Digital Marketing Manager

Purpose/ Mission:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of MGS’s digital marketing strategy. We’re looking for a highly skilled, strategic, and hands-on individual to take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts. Ideal for a digital native with a deep understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, and the technical mechanics of digital channels. You’ll shape and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable growth.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both the strategic and executional aspects of digital marketing: someone who can go from designing a multi-channel campaign to writing compelling ad copy and building landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns aligned with business goals and customer journeys.
  • Translate strategic objectives into digital activities that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Performance Marketing

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage audience targeting, bid strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance based on data insights.

Content Creation

  • Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to digital formats, landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, and ad creatives.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with design and comms to produce multimedia assets when needed.

SEO & Web Management

  • Own and optimize the company website from a marketing perspective (structure, SEO, CTAs, analytics).
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Use CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and web analytics platforms to continuously improve user experience and performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs for all digital initiatives.
  • Proficient in using content and analytics tools to generate data-driven insights and optimize digital performance.
  • Deliver monthly and campaign-based reports to stakeholders with clear recommendations.
  • Support the Director of Marketing & PR in all relevant tasks where requested.

Requirements/ Skills/ Experience:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or growth-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute digital campaigns independently.
  • Strong skills in performance marketing, SEO, and content creation.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CMS (e.g., Framer/WordPress), HubSpot/CRM, and email platforms.
  • Solid copywriting and storytelling ability to translate technical or sustainability topics into clear, compelling digital narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A self-starter and a team player who collaborates effectively across teams to gather insights, create content, and ensure aligned messaging

Required Education/ Qualification/ Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Business/Marketing) is preferred.

Required Language Proficiency:

  • English - Fluent
