Senior Recruitment Manager
Thailand
Purpose/ Mission:
The Senior Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building and leading a recruitment team that aligns with the company’s evolving workforce needs through each phase of development—from project setup and ramp-up to full operations. This role will develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to ensure timely and effective hiring of both blue-collar and white-collar roles. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and experienced in high-volume recruitment, particularly within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to support the ramp-up and operational phases of the plant
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and forecast future talent requirements
- Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns, including job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community outreach
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, including local universities, technical colleges, and recruitment agencies
- Manage recruitment systems, data tracking, and reporting using ATS or HRIS platforms
- Coordinate with HR Operations and Training teams to ensure smooth handover from recruitment to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all recruitment processes
- Supervise and mentor junior recruitment team members
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, KPIs, and weekly/monthly reporting
- Support the Director HR Thailand in all relevant tasks where requested.
Requirements/ Skills/ Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or large-scale operations
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and building recruitment operations from the ground up
- Strong understanding of blue-collar and skilled labor market dynamics in Thailand
- Familiarity with recruitment systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Thai nationality required
Required Education/ Qualification/ Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- A Master's degree in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Psychology or a related field will be an advantage.
- Experience working with joint venture, multinational, or greenfield industrial projects
- Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
- Knowledge of Thai labor law and local hiring regulations
Required Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (Both Writing and Speaking)
