The role

As Executive Engagement Project Manager, you’ll be the operational owner of our entire Executive Engagement function — spanning the Executive Academy (certification courses, masterclasses, executive onboarding) and the Executive Community (Curiosity Club dinners, Advisory Boards, Executive Getaway).

You’ll turn strategic direction into flawless execution: owning the master calendar, managing stakeholder coordination, ensuring every touchpoint is premium, and building the systems that let us scale without losing the personal touch. You’ll work closely with the Director, our Learning Designers & Facilitators, Customer Success, and Brand teams.

This is not a supporting role. You own workstreams end-to-end, operate with high autonomy, and are directly accountable for the operational quality of everything we deliver to senior executives at our most important customers.

What you’ll do

  • Own the master calendar, production timeline, and logistics for all Executive Engagement programs and events
  • Project manage Curiosity Club dinners, Advisory Boards, and the Executive Getaway from planning to follow-up
  • Coordinate certification courses and masterclasses: enrollment, participant communications, scheduling, venue and tech setup, materials, certificates
  • Build and maintain strong, energizing relationships with Customer Success and Sales — making it easy for them to engage their accounts in our programs
  • Manage engagement data, CRM accuracy, and reporting dashboards
  • Own the quality of every participant touchpoint: invitations, landing pages, emails, follow-ups, and event experiences
  • Turn engagement data into actionable insights that help Sales, Marketing, and Leadership make better decisions.
  • Capture executive insights from events and courses in ways that inform account strategy, product development, and enterprise messaging.
  • Continuously improve operational playbooks as the function scales from pilot to platform

  • Have proven experience managing premium events, executive programs, or customer marketing in a B2B enterprise environment
  • Have a track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end
  • Are a natural relationship builder, especially with internal teams like Customer Success and Sales
  • Have strong taste and quality instinct: you know what premium looks like and won’t settle for less
  • Are highly organized and detail-obsessed, while keeping the big picture in view
  • Communicate confidently in English (written and verbal) at a level suited for executive audiences
  • Are comfortable building systems and processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment
  • Are curious about how AI tools can help you work smarter and deliver more personalized experiences at scale
  • Write with clarity and polish, whether it's an executive invitation, a post-event summary, or an account intelligence brief.

Bonus points for…

  • Background in community building or executive echange programs
  • Experience with modern CRM systems and event platforms 
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and produce clear, actionable reports
  • Swedish language proficiency
