TA Partner

Stockholm

Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments.

We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Product organization in Stockholm HQ, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire Product talent at Mentimeter. You’ll partner closely with Product leaders, Engineering managers, Designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build strong teams that support our product and long-term growth.

This is an individual contributor role with broad ownership. You’ll own recruitment end-to-end for your scope, while also anticipating future talent needs, supporting internal mobility, and helping leaders make high-quality hiring decisions. You don’t need to have done everything before - but you should be comfortable operating with autonomy, navigating both volume recruitment and senior roles, and building trusted partnerships.

Responsibilities for the role

  • Act as the dedicated TA Partner for the Product organization, owning end-to-end recruitment and talent flow within your scope.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for Product-related roles (e.g. Product Managers, Designers, Fullstack engineers), from kickoff to offer.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define needs, align expectations, and ensure structured, high-quality hiring processes. But also in close collaboration with People Growth and L&D for Product to be able to support the Product department fully.
  • Proactively identify and monitor talent risks, business-critical roles, and upcoming changes within the Product organization.
  • Lead and coordinate internal recruitment processes during team changes, internal moves, or promotions.
  • Anticipate replacement needs and proactively build pipelines for current and future Product talent needs.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Lead hiring manager trainings to ensure leaders continuously update their skills, tools and recruitment best practice and a structured, unbiased hiring process to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions.

Resources we have to support you

  • A collaborative and experienced Talent Acquisition team with clear ways of working and shared ownership.
  • Strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Design, and People & Culture.
  • Greenhouse as an ATS, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Alva Labs and LinkedIn Hiring assistant to mention a few of our tools in our toolstack.
  • A culture that values autonomy, experimentation, continuous improvement, and learning.

Must haves for the role:

  • Experience working as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter supporting Product, Tech, or cross-functional technical teams for at least 6 years, ideally in a SaaS scale-up organisation.
  • Experience owning full-cycle recruitment with multiple stakeholders and complex roles in parallel.
  • Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions through structure and data.
  • Comfort operating proactively - anticipating needs rather than reacting only to open roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting internal mobility, promotions, or succession-related hiring processes.
  • Experience improving recruitment processes, tools, or ways of working - including leveraging AI to drive measurable improvements in speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Please note that this position is located onsite at our office in Stockholm, with the starting date being flexible yet ideally as soon as possible.

AI and Hiring at Mentimeter
At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people.
  • AI does not screen or decide on candidates.
  •  There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person.
  • Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking.
AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together.

Culture at Mentimeter
At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users.
