We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing & Lifecycle Marketing to join us on our growth journey.
In this strategically critical role, you’ll lead a growing team of Product Marketing Managers and Lifecycle Marketing specialists—helping shape how Mentimeter is positioned in the market, how users experience the product, and how we drive growth across customer segments.
You will own the full Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns tightly with our product roadmap and commercial objectives. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.

The role in a nutshell
As Director of Product Marketing & Lifecycle Marketing, you will lead and evolve two core functions that are central to Mentimeter’s growth engine:
- Product Marketing – Responsible for defining our product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll ensure that every launch is impactful, every feature resonates with users, and every message reflects a deep understanding of our customer needs and the competitive landscape. You will collaborate closely with Product and Sales to align roadmaps and commercial goals, and to shape the end-to-end user journey.
- Lifecycle Marketing – Focused on driving user engagement, product adoption, retention, and expansion across the customer lifecycle. This team builds and executes automated, insight-driven programs that educate, activate, and upsell users—maximizing value for both customers and the business.
Together, these teams will drive how our product is brought to market, how users experience it over time, and how we turn adoption into revenue.
You’ll be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, execution, and performance of both functions—while enhancing internal processes, improving steering models, and ensuring alignment with commercial priorities. This includes owning budgets, KPIs, reporting systems, enablement tools, and cross-functional collaboration frameworks.
Reporting to the CMO, you’ll serve as a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach that fuels both self-serve and enterprise growth.
Who you are
- You’re an experienced and impact-driven Product Marketing leader with a passion for customers, clarity, and growth. You lead with purpose and act with agility.
- Proven experience leading global Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of the Product Marketing craft and ability to go deep into detail.
Strong written and verbal communicator in English.
Experience as a budget owner and vendor partner—focused on ROI and efficiency.
Skilled in stakeholder management and comfortable collaborating at all levels.
Commercially minded—excited to partner with Sales and Product as one Sparketing team. - Passionate about user education, user research, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
