Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager in North America, you will be a crucial partner to our Sales team, ensuring that they have the tools, data, and processes needed to drive growth. Working closely with both regional Sales teams and global Sales Operations, you will own and optimize our sales technology stack, CRM processes, and reporting infrastructure. Your analytical mindset, process-driven approach, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key to scaling our operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales Technology & CRM Management

  • Own and optimize Sales tools for the North American Sales team, ensuring data accuracy, streamlined workflows, and strong adoption.
  • Manage workflows in the tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system adoption and ensure tools align with business needs.

Data, Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to track key sales KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Drive data-cleansing initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and CRM integrity.
  • Support Sales leadership with ad hoc analysis and insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Document and refine best practices to ensure scalable, repeatable sales processes.

Strategic Sales Operations & Enablement

  • Align Sales Operations initiatives with Mentimeter’s growth strategy, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Gather requirements from Sales and cross-functional teams to improve data collection and reporting structures.
  • Lead and participate in projects focused on sales process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Ensure that our Sales Operations roadmap is delivered, supporting the team’s long-term success.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales role,  Sales Operations or Business Analyst role
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience in process optimization and tool implementation within a sales environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align operational initiatives with business goals.
  • Attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales processes and CRM data models.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing sales tool stacks and integrations.
  • Exposure to BI tools or advanced reporting techniques.

Mentimeter is follows a Hybrid Workplace Model. Please note that this role requires you to be in our Toronto office 3 days a week
