Personnel & Payroll Specialist
Cairo Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee personnel files (contracts, job offers, amendments, warnings, resignations)
- Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Maintain and update employee records on HR systems and trackers
- Process leaves, attendance records, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal policies
- Handle social insurance enrollment, updates, and terminations
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, taxes, and social insurance
- Coordinate with finance and external payroll providers if applicable
- Review payroll variances and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Pharmacy (mandatory)
- 3-4 years of hands‑on experience in:
- Personnel Affairs
- Payroll processing
- Proven experience handling payroll calculations and personnel documentation independently
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculations and social insurance processes
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP system
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Confidentiality and professional judgment
- Clear communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications: - HR Diploma or relevant certification in Human Resource
MBA (Master of Business Administration)
