Sales Engineer - Industrial Products

Location: Amman, Jordan.
Years of Experience: 2+ years.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a Sales Engineer – Industrial Products to support the growth of our industrial and technical solutions business across the region. The role will focus on developing project-based sales opportunities, understanding customer technical requirements, and promoting industrial equipment, process systems, and engineering solutions across sectors such as mining, fertilizer, cement, petrochemical, chemical, metals, and steel.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial or technical sales.

• Experience in industrial sales and project-based business.

• Exposure to one or more of the following sectors:

  • Mining

  • Fertilizer

  • Cement

  • Petrochemical

  • Chemical

  • Metals & Steel

  • Other relevant industrial sectors

• Good understanding of industrial equipment, process systems, and engineering solutions.

Other Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer relationship management capabilities.

• Technically strong with good commercial awareness.

• Willingness to travel and visit industrial customers as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities for industrial equipment, process systems, and engineering solutions.

• Identify potential customers, projects, and business opportunities across relevant industrial sectors.

• Understand customer technical requirements and support the development of appropriate solutions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers and other relevant stakeholders.

• Work with international suppliers, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users to develop project opportunities.

• Follow up on identified sales opportunities and support their development into business.

• Conduct customer visits and engage with industrial clients to understand current and upcoming requirements.

• Support business development activities across the company's target industrial sectors.

• Contribute to the growth of the company's industrial and technical solutions business across the region.
