Tendering/ Proposal Engineer

Location: Qatar.
Years of Experience: 2-4 yeas of relevant experience.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a Tendering / Proposal Engineer to support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals for engineering projects in Qatar within the oil & gas sector. The role will focus on developing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or estimation.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Candidates must be currently based in Qatar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience working on EPC or engineering projects.

Other Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, requirements, and specifications.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for engineering projects.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to collect technical and commercial information required for tender submissions.
• Support estimation and proposal preparation activities.
• Ensure tender documentation is complete and submitted within required deadlines.
• Follow up on tender and proposal requirements throughout the submission process.
• Maintain accurate tender and proposal documentation.
