Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Project Duration: 6 months.

Note: Must hold a transferable iqamah in KSA or Saudi nationality.

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architecture Expert to lead the unification of digital platforms across a government sector. The expert will provide advisory and technical support in designing, integrating, and governing enterprise-level data architectures, ensuring a cohesive digital ecosystem for multiple government entities.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise architecture consulting.
Proven experience in designing and integrating digital platforms for government entities in Saudi Arabia.
Expertise in assessing current-state architectures, defining future-state architectures, and developing roadmaps for platform integration across multiple entities.
Strong experience in building data architecture components, database designs, and data migration strategies.
Demonstrated experience in developing governance frameworks for digital platforms.
Must hold a transferable iqamah in KSA or Saudi nationality.
Must be available to join immediately.

Other Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including government executives.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in large-scale digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the assessment of current digital platforms and identify gaps in data architecture and integration.
Define the future-state architecture for unified digital platforms across the sector.
Develop detailed roadmaps and actionable plans for integrating digital platforms of multiple government entities.
Design and implement core data architecture components, including databases, data pipelines, and data migration strategies.
Develop and implement a governance framework for digital platforms to ensure compliance, standardization, and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data architecture with sector-wide digital transformation objectives.
