Open Enrollment Training Manager

Riyadh, KSA

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 8-10 years.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

 

The Open Enrollment Training Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of public (open enrollment) training programs. The role includes developing an annual training calendar, identifying and onboarding qualified trainers, and ensuring seamless program delivery. The Training Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of training initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the needs of participants.


Key Requirements

  • 8–10 years of total professional experience.

  • Proven experience in training program management.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and managing public/open enrollment training programs.

  • Strong track record in identifying, evaluating, and managing trainers and training providers.

  • Experience in end-to-end program execution, including scheduling, coordination, and delivery oversight.

  • Ability to manage multiple training streams and ensure on-time delivery of programs.


Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with diverse trainers and stakeholders effectively.

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the annual calendar of public training programs.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard trainers and subject matter experts to deliver courses.

  • Oversee the execution of training programs, ensuring logistical readiness, trainer availability, and participant satisfaction.

  • Coordinate program delivery, including scheduling, venue (or platform) setup, materials preparation, and evaluations.

  • Monitor training outcomes and collect participant feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational and quality standards for training delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, communications, and program promotion.

  • Track and report on training program performance, attendance, and impact.
