Training Manager - ERP Implementation - 8-Month Engagement

Riyadh, KSA

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 9+ relevant years of experience.
Project Duration: 8 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
Starting Date: 1st week of Sep.

The Training Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the training strategy for digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on ERP implementation. This role involves managing the full training cycle—from needs analysis and content development to delivery and post-training evaluation—to ensure end users are well-equipped to adopt new systems and processes. The Training Manager will collaborate with project teams, system implementers, and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and project milestones.


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in training.

  • Proven experience overseeing training programs for ERP implementations.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing training materials, manuals, and training packs.

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and content development.

  • Background in system training implementations.


Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High level of adaptability and organizational skills to manage multiple training streams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the training plan end-to-end, from needs analysis to evaluation.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and align findings with project requirements.

  • Design and develop training materials.

  • Deliver or coordinate training sessions for ERP end users and key stakeholders.

  • Implement instruction design techniques to create effective and engaging learning content.

  • Develop periodic assessments to measure learning progress and system adoption.

  • Monitor training effectiveness, capture feedback, and adjust training strategies as needed.

  • Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to ensure training content is aligned with system functionality and process changes.

  • Ensure knowledge transfer and sustainment of learning post-implementation.
