Location: Amman, Jordan.
Working Arrangement: on-site.

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient System Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that system functionalities align with organizational goals and user requirements.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in system analysis or systems engineering roles.

Other Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for translating complex concepts into clear system specifications.
Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to inform system design and functionality.
Develop and maintain system specifications, functional designs, and technical documentation.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements, integrations, or replacements.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and QA teams to support system development and deployment.
Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of systems during and after implementation.
Monitor system performance and propose optimizations for scalability and efficiency.
Ensure solutions comply with organizational standards and external regulatory requirements.
Participate in system training, support, and change management activities.
