Business Process Reengineering Expert - 9-Month Engagement

Location: Amman, Jordan.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Duration: 9 months.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Reengineering Expert with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in process analysis, design, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in using ARIS for modeling and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards for documentation. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state workflows that align with strategic objectives.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process reengineering, process design, or process optimization.

• Hands-on experience using the ARIS platform for business process modeling and analysis.

• Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0 notation for creating and interpreting process maps and documentation.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business process reengineering initiatives by analyzing existing workflows and identifying improvement areas.

• Use ARIS platform to model current-state and future-state processes following BPMN standards.

• Conduct gap analyses and develop optimized processes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance.

• Collaborate with business units, IT, and transformation teams to validate proposed process changes.

• Prepare detailed process documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

• Provide support on process governance and best practices in process modeling and documentation.

• Ensure alignment of redesigned processes with organizational goals, policies, and regulatory frameworks.

• Support change management and knowledge transfer related to new or reengineered processes.
