Job Application for Project Manager - 9-Month Engagement at MENA Consultant

Location: Amman, Jordan.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Duration: 9 months.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, and PMP certification is mandatory.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification is required.

Other Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflict, and build consensus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to execute tasks and deliverables.
Monitor project performance, track progress, and report on KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and decision-making sessions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, project governance, and risk management protocols.
Support post-project reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
