Strategy Senior Consultant/ Manager - 1-Year Engagement

Riyadh, KSA

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 5-7 years.
Project Duration: 1 year.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
Starting Date: as soon as possible.

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Senior Consultant / Manager to support strategic planning and execution initiatives during a 1-year engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in strategy execution, KPI development, and initiative tracking, as well as a consulting background with strong client-facing skills. Preferred candidates will also bring domain knowledge in municipal governance, urban and rural development, or housing policy. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to align strategic goals, monitor performance, and ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.


Key Requirements

  • Solid experience in strategy execution, including KPI design, strategic initiative tracking, and performance reporting.

  • Previous experience in management consulting, with strong client engagement and delivery skills.

  • Proven ability to prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic documentation.

 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on projects in municipal governance, urban and rural development, or housing policy sectors.


Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including experience dealing with senior government or public sector officials.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of performance frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard or OKRs.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and insights into clear and actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assess progress on strategic initiatives.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and resolve dependencies.

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, strategy reports, and performance reviews.

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to refine strategic direction and priorities.

  • Analyze performance gaps and recommend course corrections or enhancements.

  • Ensure clear documentation of processes, governance structures, and initiative tracking tools.

  • Provide strategic support in policy alignment, particularly within municipal governance, urban planning, and housing sectors, where applicable.
