We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Resource Planning Consultant (Saudi National) to support strategic resource planning activities within the procurement department over a 1-year engagement. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience with a proven track record in resource planning and data analytics.

Key Requirements

Saudi National.
5–8 years of experience in resource planning, with direct involvement in procurement or supply chain functions.
Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and using analytics to support planning decisions.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Other Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain resource planning models to support procurement project requirements.
Analyze current and projected resource capacity and demand across procurement functions.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and workforce utilization.
Contribute to periodic planning reviews, dashboards, and executive reports.
Support the development and enhancement of resource planning frameworks and tools.
