Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Nationalities: Saudi nationals.
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Procurement Planning Consultant (Saudi National) to support strategic procurement operations over a 1-year engagement. The role focuses on overseeing the overall procurement plan, ensuring alignment across departments, and providing in-depth analysis of deviations from the plan. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in procurement planning, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of local content requirements within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement planning and supply chain coordination.

Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle, demand planning, and stakeholder alignment.

Experience working across departments to ensure strategic alignment of procurement schedules.

Ability to connect and coordinate with local content requirements and compliance.

Proficiency in generating analytical reports on procurement progress, performance, and deviations.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the comprehensive procurement plan.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure integration and alignment of procurement timelines.

Analyze procurement data to identify deviations from the plan and recommend corrective actions.

Connect with local content teams to ensure compliance with national policies and track local sourcing metrics.

Provide regular reporting and insights on procurement performance and progress against the plan.

Facilitate alignment between procurement operations and strategic business objectives.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement planning and reporting processes.
