Operating Models Manager/ Sr. Manager - (6-8)-Month Engagement

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 8-17 years.
Project Duration: 6-8 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
Starting Date: immediately.
Note: having one of the following conditions is mandatory:

• Having a Saudi Nationality.
• Having an active transferrable Iqamah in KSA.
• Having an active working visa in KSA.
• Having a nationality that is eligible for issuing an instant e-visa in KSA.

 

We are seeking an experienced Operating Models Manager or Senior Manager for a 6–8-month consulting engagement to support the design, development, and enhancement of organizational operating models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating model frameworks, with working knowledge of P3M3 (Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Maturity Model). Candidates must be immediately available and have either a Saudi nationality, or an active visa or transferrable Iqamah in KSA, or hold a nationality eligible for instant e-visa issuance.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in designing or implementing operating models at organizational or departmental levels.

• Knowledge of P3M3 frameworks.

• Immediate availability to start the engagement.

• Must have a Saudi nationality, or an active KSA visa or transferrable Iqamah, or hold a nationality eligible for KSA e-visa issuance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong consulting background with experience delivering high-impact, structured transformation or strategy projects.

• Experience working with large corporates, or transformation programs.

• Familiarity with project and portfolio governance structures, operating model design tools, and change management frameworks.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the design and documentation of operating models, including structure, roles, governance, and process alignment.

• Assess and benchmark the current operating state and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and facilitate workshops.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, structure, and execution.

• Deliver high-quality reports, models, and documentation that guide future decision-making and implementation phases.
