Job Application for Labor & Localization Expert - KSA Experience - (6-8)-Month Engagement at MENA Consultant

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Project Duration: 6-8 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are looking for a seasoned Labor & Localization Expert to join our team on a 6–8 month engagement focused on evaluating and improving regulatory oversight related to nationalized professions and non-compliant labor. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting specialized studies, analyzing labor market impacts, benchmarking practices, and providing strategic policy recommendations, and will have previous experience in management consulting and experience in KSA. This role is critical in supporting national workforce development goals and regulatory enforcement.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in regulatory oversight, labor market studies, or policy evaluation.
Proven experience in conducting studies for non-compliant labor.
Experience conducting studies on labor market nationalization and the economic impact of regulatory changes.
Previous experience in management consulting, with a strong track record of delivering consulting projects within the labor sector.
Previous experience working in KSA.

Other Qualifications:

Strong organizational and documentation skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive labor market data.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct specialized research and studies on the oversight of nationalized professions and non-compliant labor practices.
Analyze the economic implications of excluding specific labor segments from the local market.
Evaluate the impact of partial or full nationalization of professions across different sectors.
Perform benchmarking analyses comparing local practices to regional and international standards.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and policy implications.
Prepare high-quality reports and policy briefs with clear recommendations for decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to validate findings and ensure alignment with national objectives.
Present insights to stakeholders through presentations, dashboards, and written reports.
