Organizational Development (OD) Officer - 9-Month Engagement
Location: Amman, Jordan.
Years of Experience: 3-12 years.
Project Duration: 9 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
We are seeking a highly motivated Organizational Development (OD) Officer to support and implement key OD initiatives over a 9-month engagement. The role will focus on advancing talent and organizational capabilities by contributing to efforts in career development, employee engagement, organizational culture, structure design, career pathing, leveling frameworks, and capability-building programs.
Key Requirements

3–12 years of total professional experience, with proven experience in organizational development.

Proven experience supporting or managing initiatives related to career development, employee engagement, organizational culture, structure design, career pathing, leveling frameworks, and capability-building programs.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with OD frameworks and tools (e.g. competency models, leveling guides, job profiles and performance management).
Other Qualifications

Strong project management and time management skills.

Analytical thinking and ability to interpret HR data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic HR and OD initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Assist in implementing projects related to career development, employee engagement, organizational culture, and structure.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of career pathing frameworks, job leveling structures, and capability-building programs.
- Collaborate with HR and business units to ensure alignment of OD efforts with the organization's overall strategy and values.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders related to ongoing OD initiatives.
