Junior Finance Manager / Accountant

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Junior Finance Manager to support our finance team. Minimum experience required — we welcome candidates with a basic background in accounting or finance. The key requirement is hands-on experience with any type of payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track daily payments (bank transfers, online platforms, crypto)
• Verify invoices and payment documents
• Monitor transactions across accounts
• Maintain payment records and update financial spreadsheets
• Support monthly financial closing and reporting

What You Bring

• Basic background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience working with any type of payments — bank, online, crypto, or other
• Basic Google Sheets skills
• Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
• Russian — fluent / native (mandatory)
• English — intermediate
