The Opportunity
A chance to own the full CRM ecosystem from bonus economics to user journeys at a product where communication actually moves numbers. You'll shape how users experience every touchpoint: email, push, SMS, in-app. Not just send campaigns, build the machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch multi-stage user journeys and trigger-based communication flows across all channels
- Own bonus & promo logic end-to-end: calculate cost, expected value, risk, then configure it inside the platform
- Build deep audience segmentation and keep it clean, validated, and exclusion-aware
- Create CRM copy and build templates across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels
- QA everything before it goes live: rendering, personalization, journey logic, bonus mechanics
- Run A/B tests, track OR/CTR/CVR/deliverability, and turn data into weekly/monthly reports
- Maintain docs, naming conventions, and the internal knowledge base
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io (or similar CRM platforms) + BI/BO tooling
- Strong understanding of bonus mechanics and promo economics
- Ability to both write the copy and build the flow no hand-offs needed
- Analytical mindset: you don't just launch, you measure
- Experience with A/B testing and lifecycle performance analysis
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and support
- Bonus: competitive CRM analysis and strategic input on funnel development
