Head of Affiliates, on-site Warsaw

We’re looking for a Head of Affiliates to lead and scale our affiliate direction across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.

This role is for someone who understands affiliate not only from the partnership side, but also from the commercial and strategic perspective - someone who can grow the channel, improve efficiency, build strong long-term relationships, and identify new acquisition opportunities in competitive iGaming markets.

You’ll have real ownership of the direction, influence on strategy, and close collaboration with multiple internal teams involved in acquisition and retention.

Location: on-site, Warsaw. Relocation support provided. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale the affiliate channel across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
  • Develop and execute an affiliate growth strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key affiliate partners and networks
  • Negotiate and optimize CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals
  • Analyze traffic quality and partner performance to improve ROI and overall efficiency
  • Identify new traffic opportunities, partnership models, and acquisition channels
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and affiliate activities across target regions
  • Manage affiliate budgets, forecasting, commission structures, and payouts
  • Work closely with CRM, Product, Analytics, Content, and Marketing teams to improve acquisition and retention performance
  • Improve internal processes, reporting structure, and operational efficiency within the affiliate direction
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing and scaling affiliate programs in competitive markets
  • Deep understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid business models
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with large affiliate partners and high-volume traffic
  • Good understanding of traffic quality analysis, fraud detection, ROI, LTV, and conversion metrics
  • Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking systems
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • English B2+
  • Russian or Ukrainian language is required
