Crypto CRM Manager - relocation to Cyprus

We are looking for a Senior Crypto CRM Manager with proven, hands-on experience in Crypto Casino/Crypto/Web3.
Please note: pure iGaming CRM experience is not sufficient — we require candidates who have worked directly with crypto users, crypto products, or Web3 ecosystems.
This is a full-on-site role in Valencia, and we provide full relocation support.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a CRM strategy exclusively for crypto-driven customer journeys across Email, Push, SMS, in-app, and onsite channels.

Own and optimize the entire crypto user lifecycle: onboarding, KYC/verification flows, activation, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.

Build advanced segmentation based on wallet behavior, trading volume, token interactions, deposits/withdrawals, market triggers, and blockchain activity.

Run personalized, behavior-based campaigns aligned with crypto market dynamics and user engagement patterns.

Lead data-driven experimentation: A/B testing, new automation flows, wallet-behavior triggers, and custom communication mechanics.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Compliance, and Analytics to ensure CRM supports product roadmap and market trends.

Track and improve key metrics (CLV, retention, activation, trading frequency, conversion, churn).

Ensure strict compliance with data privacy, anti-fraud, and crypto-related regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

5+ years of CRM experience.

2+ years of CRM experience in Crypto Casino (preferred) or Crypto/Web3 CRM experience (required).

Experience working with crypto products, such as exchanges, trading platforms, wallets, blockchain apps, DeFi platforms, or NFT ecosystems.

Strong understanding of crypto user behavior, including wallet analytics, conversion funnels, liquidity patterns, and market-driven engagement cycles.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove, WebEngage, Salesforce, or similar).

High analytical skills: segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel breakdowns, performance optimization.

Clear ability to work independently, influence roadmaps, and drive CRM vision.

Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, crypto-first environment.
