We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our growing team in Chile. This role is perfect for someone early in their office management or administrative career, who is eager to take on new challenges and help ensure smooth daily operations.
As Office Manager, you will support the general administration of the new office, assist with logistical and facilities coordination, and help foster a positive work environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to keep everything running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the office

Manage office supplies and inventory; coordinate with vendors for procurement

Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events

Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace for all employees

Help onboard new hires by preparing workstations, equipment, and access

Support finance/admin team with basic record-keeping and document management

Liaise with building management and service providers as needed

Assist with HR or facilities-related projects as required
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in an office assistant, administrative, or coordination role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced office setting

Familiarity with basic office management software/tools

Some exposure to HR or finance processes is a plus
