We're looking for an experienced Programmatic Lead to join our marketing team!

As part of our in-house media team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of top-notch programmatic specialists, engaging audiences with our renowned casino and sports betting brands, and driving business outcomes alongside the marketing department.

✅ Key responsibilities: 

✔️Lead, mentor and develop a team of programmatic specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

✔️Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive display and programmatic strategies that align with business goals and objectives, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing initiatives.

✔️Provide end-to-end strategic oversight and guidance for display and video programmatic campaigns, including best practices implementation, campaign planning, set-up, optimization, and reporting.

✔️Lead the preparation and presentation of detailed campaign reports, offering actionable insights and demonstrating the impact and effectiveness of campaigns to stakeholders.

✔️Utilize your extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising industry trends to develop and deliver media solutions that align with our brand's objectives.

✔️ Ensure the team is proficient with all industry-relevant technologies, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and growth within the ecosystem. 


✅ Requirements:

✔️+ 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position, with a proven track record of managing successful teams.

✔️Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, ad servers, ad networks, and other relevant technologies.

✔️Experience working with key programmatic platforms such as DV360, Adform, Trade Desk, Criteo, Adroll and others. 

✔️Demonstrating a measurable impact of campaign strategy and delivering customer-focused results.

✔️Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

✔️ Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay on top of a constantly evolving suite of platforms, vendors, and inventory offerings.
