Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to help lead and grow presence in the Ontario market. Based in Toronto, you’ll manage the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, content, and partnership channels — with a strong understanding of regulated markets, customer acquisition, and brand building.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equally confident managing campaign performance and rolling up their sleeves to launch engaging, locally relevant content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive growth in Ontario

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of CRM, content, and acquisition campaigns

  • Work closely with the organic social, creative, and PR teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging

  • Oversee partnerships and activations 
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure AGCO/iGaming Ontario requirements are met

  • Analyze and report on key campaign KPIs

  • Support go-to-market strategy for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns

  • Brief and manage agencies, designers, and freelancers as needed

  • Own the regional marketing calendar and align with central teams on budget and priorities

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in iGaming, sports betting, or regulated digital industries

  • Strong knowledge of the Ontario iGaming market, including AGCO and iGO requirements

  • Proven success managing cross-functional campaigns and coordinating teams

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Based in or near Toronto, with flexibility for in-person events when needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience with influencer/creator partnerships

  • Familiarity with organic social and short-form content trends

  • Sports fandom (CFL/NHL especially!)
