We are looking for a talented and proactive Brand & Sponsorship Manager to join our PR team. This role combines strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and strong execution skills. The primary focus will be on leading award submissions and ensuring the company’s recognition across key global and industry platforms. You will also support sponsorship activations and branded initiatives as needed, turning ideas into tangible experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full cycle of award submissions across PR, brand, marketing, CSR, HR, and other categories — from internal research and interviews to storytelling, editing, and final delivery
  • Craft compelling, well-structured entries that highlight impact, creativity, and strategic value
  • Identify and track global and industry awards; build and manage a long-term award calendar
  • Collaborate with PR, marketing, and leadership teams to uncover strong stories and company achievements
  • Maintain a repository of best-in-class entries, case studies, and storytelling assets
  • Support media content creation (press releases, social posts, pitch kits, speaker bios, collaborations)
  • Ensure execution of sponsorship deliverables when needed — including branded merchandise, partner activations, VIP gifting, and on-site materials
  • Coordinate creative and production tasks (e.g. signage, packaging, fabric selection) in alignment with sponsorship plans and brand guidelines
  • Translate strategic agreements into activation plans and manage timelines, quality, and delivery
  • Contribute to broader PR goals, including brand reputation, employer branding, and corporate responsibility initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in PR, brand marketing, or award submission management
  • Background in iGaming, tech, creative industries, or B2B communications
  • Proven track record of writing or coordinating successful award entries (e.g. EGR, SBC, Cannes Lions, Effie, etc.)
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills — fluent in English (B2+ level or higher)
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on flexibility — you can both plan and execute
  • High attention to detail, structured working style, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, events, and vendor teams
  • Understanding of the PR value of sponsorships, branding, and industry recognition

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing merchandise production, partner activations, and on-site branding
  • Familiarity with award judging criteria and trends in global communications/marketing recognition
