This Marketing Generalist role is a hands-on, strategic B2B marketing position within the iGaming sector. You’ll be driving brand positioning, lead generation, and digital campaigns, primarily targeting operators, platforms, and aggregators. The role covers everything from shaping messaging for game launches to coordinating performance marketing, SEO, and content for lead nurturing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the brand’s value proposition for B2B audiences (operators, aggregators, platforms)
- Control and update compelling messaging around new game releases, platform features, and technical innovations
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all B2B touchpoints (presentations, brochures, website, events)
- Planning and executing lead generation campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and industry portals
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to segment and nurture leads
- Collaborate with sales, PPC, SEO, and other marketing contractors (Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and conversion)
- Collaboration with PR, SMM, and Event specialists
- Support and coordination B2B-lead gen content (releases, lead-gen content, banners)
- Support C-level and sales teams with tailored pitch decks and product one-pagers
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect regulatory compliance and market-specific nuances
- Coordination and managing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, iGaming-specific platforms) targeting B2B stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities, game launches, and positioning
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape go-to-market strategies
- Share insights with product and commercial teams to refine offerings
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role in the iGaming sector (game providers)
- Fluent English and Russian or Ukrainian
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience working with or for a game provider, aggregator, or casino platform
- Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, platforms, aggregators, game studios, and regulatory environments
- Experience working with or in regulated markets (e.g., UKGC, MGA, ONJN).Passion for gaming or knowledge of casino game mechanics (RTP, volatility, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with iGaming events (ICE, SiGMA, iGB, SBC) and key trade media
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs/marketing automation platforms
- Strong skills in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic B2B campaigns
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) for quick turnarounds and edits
- Solid skills in Google Analytics or other data/reporting platforms
- Experience in developing end-to-end marketing strategies
- Experience working with websites, including content updates, SEO optimization, and performance monitoring
- Experience in client area management
- Experience in marketing, budget management, and cost optimization
- Skills with content for B2B audiences (we have copywriters), Experience crafting case studies, product brochures
