We're looking for a Marketing & Operations Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing marketing campaign execution, cross-functional coordination, and ad operations quality assurance to ensure consistency, performance, and excellence across all marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple departments, including content, design, display and social media.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of seasonal promotions and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment across all teams and markets.
  • Manage cross-functional workflows and timelines, facilitating communication between creative, technical, and media departments.
  • Supervise the QA function, ensuring consistent application of trafficking protocols and high standards in creative quality control.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for campaign delivery, ad operations, and QA to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Monitor ad placements across platforms to ensure accurate, timely deployment and adherence to creative specifications.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting on campaign delivery, identifying key insights and areas for optimization.
  • Troubleshoot technical or operational issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4–6 years) in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign execution, and operational workflows.
  • Experience managing ad operations and QA processes across platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, resolve discrepancies, and identify process improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
